Yes we can! Depending on the complexity we may charge a nominal one-time hourly programming fee; however, in most circumstances we can custom program a chatbot for your specific business at no additional cost.  Contact us if your needs are more complex than our chatbot examples and we will provide an estimate.

You can install your chatbot on an unlimited number of pages of your website as you want; we set no limit.  If you have any specific landing pages such as an event registration page, we recommend purchasing a separate chatbot to handle related inquiries specific to that landing page as in this example that would be event registration inquiries.  However, for most websites, one chatbot is sufficient.

No, each chatbot can only be installed on one website URL. If you have a main website at domain.com and also another website (same business) at company.domain.com (a subdomain) you can use the chatbot on both provided the top-level TLD (domain) is the same.

If you have two different websites: 1) ToolOutletPros.com; and 2) FishtanksRUs.com, you would need two chatbots, one for each website/business.

Our chatbot services are very affordable; however, they are a recurring monthly subscription. We would not be able to maintain our backend software, updates, and related expenses if we only charged a one-time cost. Please beware of any companies that do.

Yes! Your chatbot can be programmed into any language. Simply complete your purchase then send us an email to: hello@chat2leads.com  We will work with you to translate the chat script into your preferred language.

Yes we can! Simply place your order then contact us with your website login details. In most cases, such as if your website was built in WordPress, we will only need access to your website’s dashboard in order to add the code. If you’re not comfortable providing us your login, and you’re also not comfortable adding the code yourself, you can choose to forward the code to your webmaster to add the code.
